Abstract
This paper presents a semi-analytical approach to assess the influence of process variations on power supply-induced jitter. The proposed approach is implemented on a voltage-mode driver in the presence of power supply noise. The method is verified with a SPICE-based simulator. The approach provides a significant speedup over SPICE-based simulators for variability analysis with negligible error in the results
